It enables laboratory managers to create structured learning and assessment that strengthens staff competency over time, while keeping the workflow simple and efficient.

Introducing CellaVision Proficiency Software
The software can be used on its own or together with CellaVision analyzers and supporting applications, providing a flexible platform for continuous professional development. By combining training, evaluation, and feedback in one environment, it helps laboratories build confidence, improve consistency, and support the delivery of accurate, standardized results.
How it works
- The software is designed to train and evaluate staff members’ ability to perform peripheral blood, body fluid,
andbone marrow aspirate and veterinary differentials. - The web-based tool can be accessed from any internet-connected computer via secure, personalized user logins
- The examiner can create test scenarios by uploading digital slides, either from their own CellaVision database or from a CellaVision-provided slide library
- Participants are automatically notified when a new test is available and prompted to perform differentials on one or more digital slides
- Upon completion, participants can review their results and compare their differentials with those of the examiner and their peers
- The examiner is automatically provided with a performance report highlighting areas for further training and competency development

Activation of CellaVision® Proficiency Software
Activation of CellaVision® Proficiency Software
- Go to www.cellavision-proficiency-software.com/
- Click Activate license.
- Enter your personal information.
- Enter a password you want to use to access your account.
Note: If an account with your email address already exists, you are also given the option to renew your license using your existing account.
- Enter the product key.
- Review the license details.
- To activate your license and create your account, click Create account.
When you have activated your CellaVision Proficiency Software license, your account is created and you receive your account details via email.
Activation of additional users
- Purchase a license from your local vendor
- Go to www.cellavision-proficiency-software.com
- Log in to your CellaVision Proficiency Software account
- Click on the cog icon (Settings) in the top right corner
- Click Licenses
- Click Add users
- Enter the product key, and then click Unlock
- Review the license details, and then click Activate

- Purchase a license from your local vendor

- Log in to your CellaVision Proficiency Software account
- Click on the cog icon (Settings) in the top right corner
- Click Slide databases
- Click Unlock a database
- Enter the product key, and then click Unlock
