Description

Introducing RAL® Stainer 2

RAL® Stainer 2 is a fully automated staining solution for peripheral blood and bone marrow slides. Designed to support digital morphology workflows with CellaVision® analyzers, it combines high-quality staining, worflow efficiency, adaptability and enhanced safety in one compact system.

By bringing standardized, expert-inspired staining into routine laboratory practice, RAL® Stainer 2 helps laboratories improve consistency, reduce maual handling and support reliable slide preparation for digital analysis.

How it works

RAL® Stainer 2 uses a bath staining technique with automated bath filling, draining and cleaning. Its unique dual-axis agitation technique helps ensure homogeneous stain distribution for optimal slide readability, while reproducing key aspects of manual staining to support consistent results.

Validated pre-programmed protocols designed for CellaVision® analyzers can be loaded directly onto the system and adjusted to meet specific laboratory requirements. Slide scanning, system logging, and shelf-life monitoring further support traceability throughout the staining process.

Where it fits

RAL® Stainer 2 is ideal for small and medium-sized hematology laboratories seeking to enhance staining consistency, workflow efficiency and safety. It also serves as an adaptable standalone staining solution for larger laboratories handling bone marrow and urgent slides.
