Today, we introduce CellaVision Digital Cell Morphology Software 7.2, our largest software update so far – built for speed, intelligence, and collaboration.
What’s new in Software 7.2
Impressive Throughput Increase
Software 7.2 now processes up to 45 slides per hour, a significant leap in slide analysis speed. It’s ideal for high-volume labs needing fast turnaround times without compromising quality. *
* DI-60 with serial number 70000 or higher only - up to 45 slides per hour for 100 WBC / 40 slides per hour for 100 WBC/RBC/PLT.
A brand-new interface and enhanced microscopy
We’ve enhanced the GUI to make it modern, intuitive, and easier to navigate. There’s also a new microscope mode with a cooler color balance that mimics today’s LED microscopes.
Smarter comparison tools
With split view comparison, users can directly compare current and historical results from the same patient side-by-side for more informed evaluations.
RBC analysis has also been improved with:
- Side-by-side cell gallery and overview in split view
- New sorting options to classify individual red cells by pre-characterization and size for more refined analysis
More collaboration and workflow optimization
Software 7.2 makes it easier for teams to work together:
- Review Request enhancements now support multi-user discussions and commenting
- Central QC review and sign-off for DC-1 analyzers via the Review Software
- Automatic updates going forward - updates will be pushed automatically to the Review Software
