Incentive program for senior management
At the Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2026, the shareholders approved the Board of Directors’ proposal to continue with a long-term cash-based incentive program for senior executives.
In accordance with the guidelines for remuneration to senior executives adopted at the 2023 Annual General Meeting, the outcome of the program depends on the Company’s average annual growth in earnings per share. To be eligible for a payout under the incentive program, the senior executive must be employed by the Company as of December 31 of the third year of the program. Any payout will be made in the fourth year.
